Step one: SCHEDULE

We begin by making a timeline and strategy of exactly how you will transition from your current home to your dream build! Each schedule is unique and dependent on your current living arrangement, financing available to you and where you are looking to move.


STEP TWO: SELECT

Next, Katy will assist you as you select your lot, your financing, begin planning a home plan, and preparing numerous spreadsheets with all of your potential home building details — ready to present to potential builders and be bid out. We’ll review HOA documents, covenant restrictions, city plans, and make sure you are well prepared for conversations with your home builder.


STEP THREE: BID & BUY

With your plans in hand, we can begin to obtain accurate and detailed bids from custom home builders. Having your vision on paper will make both yours and your contractor’s conversations much easier and bids more thorough! Once you select your builder, you’ll be ready to sit down at the closing table and break ground!
